What's your workout routine and how often do you...
It usually consists of:
1) Stretching. Always, usually 5 minutes.
2) 15 minute cardio warm up, usually 2 miles on the treadmill/outside weather permitting.
3) Abs/core: crunches, situps, obliques, planks/bridges
4) 60 minutes cardio: 30 crosstraining/biking, 30 running (3-4 miles)
5) Strength: depending on day, but usually I focus on upper body (upper back, chest, shoulders, arms) and lower...
